Terms of Service
If you decide to order an art-piece from me, please read carefully my ToS. When you commission me, you will be automatically accepting all the terms below.1. PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
♥ I only accept payments through paypal, tinkoff, sberbank, you will receive an invoice. All prices will be in USD, EUR, RUB
♥ I do not start work until the payment has been received.
♥ I can accept payment plans if the total exceeds 200 USD.
♥ I have a no-refund policy. Please, be sure you want to order an art-piece before buying.
♥ Filing a chargeback means you lose the rights of the piece, I can reuse and resell it. You will be added to the Blacklist.2. CHARACTER REFERENCES:
♥ When I drawing your characters, I need a reference.
♥ Photos related to the desired atmosphere, music, your description will help me.
♥ If you do not have a reference, I take + 40% of the order value to draw art with a character according to your description.3. PROCESS & UPDATES:
♥ I will only send WIP's if you ask for them after approving the initial sketch.
♥ Once the sketch is approved, any change will be feed. (3 USD for one) This does not include mistakes that I may have made.
♥ Any deadline must be discussed before sending the payment. Deadlines given after payment are not guaranteed and the artist can refuse them.
♥ The commissioner can ask for WIP's at any time, but please do not ask for updates several times a week.
♥ Commissions will be completed within 1 months. Usually earlier. Any delay/problem will be informed to the commissioner.
♥ If you give me artistic freedom, any big change will be feed.
♥ Small changes or missed details can be added without extra charge
♥ At the end, you will get a link to google drive with .png in full resolution.4. USAGE RIGHTS:
♥ You will receive unwatermarked full quality version for prints and personal use (avatar, banner, desktop images, etc.)
♥ if the commissioner wants the commission to be marked as private and not be published, there will be a 50% (of the total) fee.
♥ You can re-post the image on any website, with credits.
♥ If you want to use the image for commercial use there will be an extra cost, It will be discussed before payment.
♥ I always keep the files / images of my work, if you lose one feel free to ask for it5. DISCLAIMER:
♥ I'm on the right to refuse your commission without giving details / reasons
♥ I can post the image on any website (unless you have paid to keep your commission private)
♥ I can use the artwork made to promote myself
♥ I am in the right to reject any Deadline discussed if I do not feel comfortable with it.
♥ Sketches that were not involved in the work, I will use in the future as YCH
